• Breast ultrasound: Using soundwaves, this diagnostic test creates detailed breast images. This tool helps us locate cancer in people with dense breast tissue.
• Image-guided biopsy: Also known as stereotactic breast biopsy, this technique uses low-dose X-rays to pinpoint cancer and obtain tissue samples for expert review.
