Patient & visitor information

At Aurora BayCare Medical Center, we're committed to the health and safety of our patients and teammates. All Aurora Health Care facilities have a visitor policy in place to help us ensure safe care. See our visitor policy.

Visiting hours & guidelines

  • 5 a.m.-10 p.m. – Enter through the main entrance (entrance No. 1).
  • 10 p.m.-5 a.m. – Enter through the emergency department (entrance No. 3).

Please respect quiet time from 8 p.m.-8 a.m. to allow patients to rest and heal.

Things to consider when planning your visit

  • The length of your visit should depend on how the patient is feeling.
  • Children under age 14 should be accompanied by an adult who is not the patient.
  • Maintain good behavior in all settings and interactions throughout the hospital.
  • Visitation is at the discretion of our care team for patients in high-risk areas and for patients with communicable diseases.
  • If you’re not feeling well or have cold, flu or COVID symptoms, please do not visit. If you tested positive for COVID, review CDC guidelines to determine how long to isolate based on your exposure.

Whether you're visiting us for medical care or to support a friend or family member, we want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. If you need information or assistance:
