Performance nutrition services

The right nutritional mix powers more efficient training sessions. Our specialists design a nutrition plan to help you get the most from your workout. We assess your:

  • Body composition (lean body mass and body fat)
  • Current eating habits
  • Energy needs based on your training program
  • Resting metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns at rest)

You’ll see a registered dietitian for a one-on-one meeting. Our specialists then create a plan for maximal nutrition before, during and after your workouts.

We take time during each session to review your eating plan and make any adjustments needed to help you reach your goals.

Benefits of performance nutrition

Your performance nutrition plan is personal. Eating the right nutrients and staying hydrated can provide the competitive advantage you need. Proper sports nutrition helps you:

  • Build muscle
  • Improve energy during workouts and games
