That’s why we offer a Pregnancy Welcome Visit as the first step in your prenatal care journey. You meet with an experienced nurse who can support you through every stage of your pregnancy.

- Quick access: Some OB-GYNs make you wait 8 to 12 weeks for your first visit. But we know you have questions now, which is why we schedule your first visit as soon as you find out you’re pregnant. Simply call us, and we’ll meet with you within 3 business days.
What to expect at your Pregnancy Welcome Visit
Your Pregnancy Welcome Visit is a one-on-one meeting with an experienced Women’s Center Registered Nurse. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Ask questions and gather information
- Discuss ways to keep you and your baby healthy during your pregnancy
- >Meet our OB-GYN care team members
- Plan for your next phase of prenatal care
- Review any health risks or concerns you may have
Our services for prenatal care
After your Pregnancy Welcome Visit, we’ll continue to guide you through your pregnancy with the following prenatal care services:
- Birthing Center tours and birthing classes
- Birth planning with a midwife
- Coordination of prenatal check-ups
- Counseling on nutrition, exercise and vitamins
- Education on pregnancy, labor and delivery
- Prenatal testing, including blood tests, urine tests and ultrasounds
