Dry needling services

Dry needling helps reduce pain and muscle tightness. When the needle is inserted into the muscle, you may feel a twitch or slight cramp at the muscle’s trigger point. This twitch helps the muscle release tension and relieve pain.

Some people experience mild soreness or bruising after needling.
