Thomas Miller

Thomas Miller is the President of Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed tertiary medical center serving the Green Bay area and communities throughout northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Thomas bridges the clinical, administrative, and regulatory aspects of healthcare and greatly enjoys shaping the growth and development of healthcare professionals. Thomas is active in the community at both the state and local level. In addition to being a member of the Council on Public Policy and the Council on Workforce Development with the Wisconsin Hospital Association, he was appointed by Governor Tony Evers to Wisconsin’s Council for Workforce Investment.
At the local level, he is a member of the Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Economic Development Board. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and was named one of the Community Hospital CEOs to Know by Becker’s Hospital Review in both 2022 and 2023. Thomas graduated from The University of Alabama and afterwards earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Jennifer Schnell

Jennifer Schnell is the Vice President of Operations for Aurora BayCare Medical Center. Jennifer joined Aurora BayCare in 2014 as the Director of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. Jennifer has a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Business Administration and Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law. Jennifer is responsible for non-nursing clinical and support service operations.
Dr. Brian Johnson

Dr. Brian Johnson is Chief Medical Officer at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. Over the last 16 years, he has served on multiple committees and has held several leadership positions with Aurora BayCare and Aurora Health Care. Dr Johnson is the lead administrative physician and is responsible for clinical programs in conjunction with the executive team.
Mike Jonas

Mike Jonas, MBA, CHFP, is Executive Director of Finance at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. Jonas received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and has worked in health care finance for over 10 years. Prior to his current position, he was Director of Finance for Aurora Medical Center – Sheboygan County.
Dr. Andréa Narvaez

Dr. Andréa Narvaez, DNP, MHA, RN, NE-BC is the Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. Dr. Narvaez has over two decades of nursing experience and committed to making healthcare a top priority. Dr. Narvaez supports and is responsible for Inpatient, Emergency, Women’s Nursing, Nursing Professional Development & Practice and several ambulatory nursing areas. Dr. Narvaez has a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Master of Healthcare Administration and is board certified as a Nurse Executive.
Beth Kirby

Beth Kirby is the Vice President of Human Resources at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. Kirby joined Aurora BayCare in 2001 and has more than 20 years of HR experience. A Brillion native, she is a University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh graduate.
Julie Pomasl

Julie Pomasl RN MSN, CPHQ is Quality Director and has been working in healthcare for 30 years. Pomasl received her undergraduate from Marian College and her MSN from Bellin College. Pomasl oversees Quality, Infection Prevention, Medical Staff Services, Case Management, Transitions of Care and Clinical Documentation Improvement.
